For this project students chose a subject to draw using a grid as a guideline. Students used search strategies to find a black and white picture to use as their subject. Students then applied a 6 x 8 grid on top of the photo using Google Drawings. After creating the digital grid, students created a 1.5" x 1.5" grid onto a 9" x 12" sheet of white drawing paper. Finally, Students used observatio
n skills to draw each square of the grid onto their paper. The end result was wonderful!
